@grep_harder appena avrò tempo proverò a farti vedere che, rispetto al problema che denunciavi, la riforma della giustizia non solo non risolve ma peggiora. Il CSM fu scelto dai padri costituenti in alternativa al controllo politico della magistratura perché l'esperienza del fascismo ne aveva ben dimostrato i pericoli. Giovanni Leone, diversamente da Calamandrei, era per il controllo politico. Alla fine si convinse anche lui per il CSM. Con la riforma passerebbe di nuovo al controllo politico...

Stellina per me può avere più significati: a volte come un mi piace/sono d'accordo, a volte è una cosa di cui vale la pena/è significativo, a volte qualcosa su cui voglio ritornare a breve per leggere meglio, a volte un ti ho letto/ho visto la tua risposta
Il segnalibro lo uso raramente: cose importanti, che mi possono servire anche a fistanza di parecchio tempo (metti un consiglio, recensione, software, hack)
