Another Alaska to Argentina YT series, “Dan Cycles the World” from the UK. When given the choice he’ll almost always go for harder, more remote routes, occasionally ditching the bike to hike interesting mountains. Having watched 21 episodes so far I’d say his catchphrase is that every view is absolutely the most beautiful he's seen and completely worth the trouble/time/pain. This was put into stark perspective when his non-bikepacking friend joined for a while.
Dan started in June of 2023 and is still out there, somewhere in South America.
