Threadiverse... on ATProto?!

Check this out: https://nooki.me/
Looks like someone's built a Reddit-like on top of ATProto. Would be really interesting to see whether it could interact with the threadiverse through something like BridgyFed, which currently only works with microblogs (I think?)
Opportunity? Existential threat? You decide...

@julian Bridgy Fed does bridge Pixelfed accounts over to Bluesky, Ghost and WordPress can bridge over too I believe.
-
What's this got to do with the fediverse though?

It could be bridged together.

I'm not real familiar with ATProto, bear with me.
All the data is stored in the nooki PDS. And there is one nooki PDS and can only be one PDS? Or can anyone make one?
To log in, you need a bluesky account.
The sign in form lets you specify the url of your own PDS. I guess that holds copies of my posts? But the only place I can display those posts is on nooki.me?

Honestly? Neither am I. This post is mostly a trial balloon to see what people think about the abstract high level idea of potentially talking cross-protocol with BlueSky users.
