Good morning Fedi friends!
Monday mornings mean: my weekly ritual of manually backing up my #YunoHost installation (my VPS does automatic daily backups of the whole VPS, but I say: better safe than sorry).
This latest backup is pretty big, because of my increased use of #NextCloud. So in reverse order, from biggest to smallest we have:
1) #GoToSocial : 5.8 GB
2) #PeerTube : 4.3 GB
3) #NextCloud: 3.7 GB
4) #Pixelfed : 1.6 GB
5) #LinkStack : 92 MB
6) #Fail2Ban : 362kb

But I just noticed that virtually ALL the apps on my #YunoHost system have available updates, which means... the hair-raising, palpitations-inducing, let's say a little prayer practice of creating a snapshot of my VPS (easy peasy) and clicking on "Upgrade" by order of importance.
#Fail2Ban and #LinkStack were pretty low stakes - done, no sweat. Plus I love how YunoHost creates backups before upgrading, so you can always revert back if something goes wrong.
Anyway, Pixelfed now and then my sacred triad of GoToSocial, NextCloud and PeerTube.
Wish me luck! 🥵
EDIT: newbie me is more advanced than even I would think so... I'm checking out GitHub's YunoHost page for each app I want to upgrade. Apparently the Pixelfed package has issues so I'm not touching that 😅

#MySoCalledSudoLife #SelfHosting@elena i think you're ready to graduate to hosting with docker containers in a vanilla Linux distribution (debian is perfectly adequate) with automated nightly backups. Then your weekly ritual can become: have the backups run ok those last days? Yes, okay, moving on. (Plus, sometimes, check the backups actually work, of course).
I enjoyed yunohost as well, but in the end, there's nothing like deploying docker containers (usually takes a minute to try a new one... If everything goes well) -

I successfully upgraded all the apps EXCEPT for PeerTube and Pixelfed because of reports of bugs/failures on their respective GitHub pages.

I think for a lot of italians, it is really the very first sign of independence. And for many years, also probably the last one. Me, not being an expert on Italy, yet still knowing that many youngsters are staying at parent's house for a bit longer than needed because of the financial situation and lack of opportunities.
So they're dependent on their parents for very long and their Vespa or similar transportation device is the only thing that gives them a bit of the freedom, like they can do and go anywhere they want to.

the reason for the attribute is simplicity (no extra parameter), which maximizes usability since you don't need to specify the rounding mode every time. Since in most cases the rounding choice is the same in a block of code, this makes the code simpler to write. Imagine if instead of being able to do a + b for floats you'd have to do plus(a, b, rounding_mode, exception_handling_mode). For every instance of every operation 8-D

Come dice @snow c'é solo da inscatolare (aggiungo : con un minimo di delicatezza perché son piccolissimi connettori, se ci dai pesante potresti danneggiarli) .
nota bis : mai dare corrente alla scheda (usbc o batteria ) senza aver PRIMA connesso l'antennina.
Edit : nella mia scheda dice GPS nei vari menu, ora guardo bene...guardate la foto, su display dice no gps
