If Kamala said what she said, it's not just her. It's the Democratic Party. And to me, this signals that the Dems are now comfortable to truly leave the center and head even more to the right.

It would not surprise me if come next elections, we only see two right-wing parties.

I don't know if it is true, and I don't care to find out. But Kamala saying Trump is a communist is deeply deeply sad and disenfranchising.

I remain more scared of what democrats won't do if they "win" than if Trump, or whomever, actually becomes a dictator. At least with Trump you know how you will get fucked over.

Seriously. The problem I have with Quoots is the same problem I have with Boosts.

One single person boosting and quooting 1000 times in succession means I don't get to see 1000 actual toots from 1000 actual people I follow. (JFC this is an example, not singling any1 out)

There is no Hide Quoots functionality yet on a per profile level.

And no, just disabling "Show quotes" does NOT work because then the feed bugs out if the amount of Quoots is larger than the Feed limit on the default website.
