@julian@activitypub.space It seems that NodeBB doesn't support the Mastodon API for polls. Since ActivityPub doesn't seem to support Poll natively, there needs to be an ActivityPub standard for poll voting. Otherwise, I suggest adopting the Mastodon API to improve compatibility with posts containing polls.

Right, everyone, I spoke to @seengoals and the two account creation attempts on different friendly servers (https://gaza-verified.org/guide#servers/) was actually him.He hadn’t realised this was against the rules.I’ve now asked him if he does actually one to migrate to one of the two servers as it will help us to protect his account better in the future or if he wants to stay on mastodon.social.I will update both admins with his decision and we’ll sort it out.(He has to travel for Internet access and it isn’t safe so bear with us.)For the time being, his only verified account is @seengoals But it wasn’t the insulin scammer as we previously thought trying to impersonate him :)😮‍💨CC @trumpet @Admin

Le timeline sono giustamente vuote, il deserto più completo. È una esperienza deludente, perché non c'è il cameriere (algoritmo) che ti porta da mangiare. Occorre capire che il cameriere sei tu e quindi c'è da fare uno sforzo nel cercare e preparare i pasti in base al proprio appetito. Nel Fediverso non si è serviti, ci si serve da soli.

Is it for sustainability, saving resources or more like the #permacomputing culture, which most of the time wants to explore what would be possible?My motiviation is mostly 'sustainablity', e.g. using old cheap routers from ebay as #OpenWRT-Devices serving DNS, DHCP. BUT ONLY when they don't consume a lot of energy.This is a stop sign for me: Running old hardware that consumes 3 times more electricity while being 10 times less powerful than a modern device.
