Is there a technical name for these foam drinks can insulators?

I feel like I've heard Australians refer to them by a specific name, so perhaps that's what I'm thinking of. Or maybe there's something more universal/international.

@blag I’ll add that in some areas (I live in the Midwest) we often call them “koozies” which is a an older brand that were thicker, foam, and not foldable. It became kind of a generic name like “Kleenex”.
