Nothing revolutionary, but I would be sure to rotate acetaminophen and ibuprofen on a 3 hour cycle (typically the bottle will say to take each every six hours). That way youâre not crashing at any point during the day. I was a (terrible) pharmacy tech for a period, and this is what the pharmacist would recommend. Just donât exceed the maximum daily dose of each and youâll be fine!
