Dialect 1.1.0 is out. Dialect is a free and open source Android launcher where your home screen is a T9 phone dialpad, type digits like an old feature phone to filter and launch your apps.This release adds contact dialing. Type a contact's name to call them, same as searching for an app. Type 60 first to message them instead. I've been running Linux since 1993 and to this day, I'm still learning. It's what I love so much about running Linux and FOSS. I can't even imagine what it would be like to be stuck running only a proprietary OS or apps.I've also been running FreeBSD on and off for years, but that's about to change to running FreeBSD daily.
