La campagna #5EuroControIlFumo propone una misura semplice: aumentare il prezzo delle sigarette per ridurre il consumo e sostenere il Servizio sanitario nazionale.

@pikesley fun fact, you can combine this with the «any machine is a smoke machine if you operate it wrong enough», doubly more so when considering that people cry when smoke gets in their eyes.

That was my concern exactly (I voted "yes, but"):
e.g followers-only content shouldn't be public just because a follower's instance has access to it. In a perfect world this would have been end to end encrypted.
